I tried to call the service department to schedule an old change and to have a state inspection done on a vehicle that was purchased from that dealership when it was Boyle Buick, I called four times no one a change and to have a state inspection done on a vehicle that was purchased from that dealership when it was Boyle Buick, I called four times no one answered at the service department I left a message I never received a call back. When this was Boyle Buick I never had a problem getting an appointment. Someone always answered at the service department. And I'm very upset that nobody even called me back I was trying to get an appointment for Monday needless to say I had to call somewhere else. More

Oil change, 4 new tires, and service parking brake message on. The first two were completed on time and as expected. The parking brake message was not investigated but ignored instead.
