Every single person in there who helped me was unbelievably kind, extremely easy with the process, and very empathetic to the situation that I brought into them. I never expected to have that leve unbelievably kind, extremely easy with the process, and very empathetic to the situation that I brought into them. I never expected to have that level of caring service when I happened to go in there as my least bill of hope to fix my car situation. They were all absolutely amazing. Finance especially, which is always the next scary part, was incredible. I have never had such amazing customers service in my life, to be honest. I barely felt like a customer... I truly felt like they cared on a friendship level. And it wasn't just surface level. They really, really went out of their way to make sure my experience with them was enjoyable and they met that mark and beyond. More
