The service Dept was quick to get me in for my oil change and other maintenance. Each time I come, I always have several questions, and they have been consistently patient and have addressed all my concerns and other maintenance. Each time I come, I always have several questions, and they have been consistently patient and have addressed all my concerns about my vehicle each visit. This past year, I had an oil leak which eventually required my entire short block to be replaced. Fortunately this was taken care of under my warranty, but they they were quick to take care of it without hassle. I’ve had bad experiences in the past with other service departments and mechanics, but Anderson Subaru has always taken care of my vehicle. I trust them enough to drive 3 hrs to make sure my Forester is cared for with quality for all maintenance and service. More

Another excellent service exoerience. Took the 2018 Forester in for the 60,000 mile maintenance. As usual the service was excellent and all the staff was a pleasure to deal with. Was dissatisfied with the receptionist. We recently purchased a Thule luggage for a trip would be taking to a conference in Orlando in a couple of weeks. The parts manager said it would be i We recently purchased a Thule luggage for a trip would be taking to a conference in Orlando in a couple of weeks. The parts manager said it would be in by Tuesday October 8th and they would call me. I didn’t hear from anyone so I became concerned because we needed to depart on the 15th. I tried to call the direct line for the dealership but got a recording. So, I went to the website. There’s a couple of toll-free numbers. Neither of them worked. The website has a chat line which just sits there and with no response. Finally, I called the dealership again and a receptionist answered. I tried to explain to her the toll-free numbers and the chat line didn’t work well. She abruptly asked what do I need. Then she said, “I’ll connect you to parts.” She obviously didn’t care about the customer feedback I was trying to give her. Instead, it sounded as if she resented the fact that I was wasting her time. She didn’t say her name. I know it wasn’t Wanda because I’ve spoken with her before and she was very polite. I recommend looking at your customer service system. Try the toll-free numbers and the chat line. Do an undercover boss phone call periodically and act like you’re just an average customer with a problem to see how you’re treated. By the way, everyone else I’ve dealt with has been great. And, the luggage rack had arrived. Parts said they tried to reach me but couldn’t which is a little odd, but we got it installed and it worked great on the trip. More
