Thank you but we want to make clear that there was definitely not a misunderstanding. We were lied to. And if cars with new engines are selling do well why didn’t you advertise that when selling us the car instead of hiding that important information. Instead told us the car was as Ford for a recall when they knew it was at Ford for a new engine. Anything to make a sale.Yes we have a top notch Ford warranty now but it doesn’t excuse the fact that you misled us. No misunderstanding. Have never had a verbal apology for the salesman, Ross, sales Manager or the General Manager. Totally lied and please don’t insult us by insisting it was a misunderstanding. Call it what it was.
