Surprisingly Phenomenal Car Buying Experience! Considering that my last car purchase was 10+ years ago, I wasn't looking forward to the "dreaded" car shopping experience. My expectations included t Considering that my last car purchase was 10+ years ago, I wasn't looking forward to the "dreaded" car shopping experience. My expectations included the time consuming task of hopping from dealership to dealership to test drive multiple vehicles, comparing prices, and receiving the "high pressure" treatment from sales people. Boy was I in for a surprise! Alan Barker was recommended by my trusted mechanic, who is like family to me. Before coming into the dealership, I called Alan to make sure he was available and to let him know what I was looking for in a vehicle. When my husband and I arrived at Anderson, Alan had already done his homework and proven what a great listener he is! The first vehicle he had us take a look at was the Nissan Rogue, something that we had never considered. As soon as we sat in it, we knew Alan nailed it; it felt like home! At this point, we knew that we didn't want to test drive any other type of vehicle. The only challenge left was the matter of deciding which Rogue was the right one for us and not rushing into a decision overall. Thankfully, there was never a moment when we felt pressured by Alan. In fact, he was beyond patient! In order to assist us with the decision making process, Alan enlisted the expertise of detailer Dan Kelly.
