Can I give a 0???? DO NOT BUY A USED CAR FROM HERE! Specifically from Manuel Souza. I was sold a complete lemon of a vehicle in May of 2020. Was promised the car (A 2015 Subaru Crosstrek) was completel Specifically from Manuel Souza. I was sold a complete lemon of a vehicle in May of 2020. Was promised the car (A 2015 Subaru Crosstrek) was completely clean and had all the proper care over the years of previous ownership. WRONG. Where do I begin? First it was break issues, that I had to repair for over $600 that was literally a week after I bought the car for $17,888!! THEN it was AC unit out (3 month after ownership) , which I had to repair for another $600...NOW! I was told that there is an oil leak in the head gaskets! $5,000 to fix! ( About 10 months of ownership ) Not even a year with this car and the money that I am dumping into this lemon vehicle continues to haunt me. I don't know how these people sleep at night knowing how they are completely screwing their customers with selling bad vehicles. I would never in a million years recommend this place for any trusted vehicle purchase. The pain that I have gone through financially and mentally over this purchase has been awful. I wanted to make sure everyone knew of my experience because I wouldn't wish this hardship on my worst enemy. I'll copy and past into their website as well. This is just bad bad bad. You guys should be ashamed. More
Terrible experience selling my car on 2021/01. I sold my car to the used car manager Daniel with $6400. I lost the title so they had to get a duplicate title from DMB and promised they will send me check. car to the used car manager Daniel with $6400. I lost the title so they had to get a duplicate title from DMB and promised they will send me check. One week later, I got two checks but the total is $6200. I called Daniel and he gave me a number and asked me to check with this person. I called the number multiple time no one responded. Then I called Daniel multiple times, left my voice message and left message in their website. There is no response at all. It's hard to believe that such a big company owes a customer $200 and never going to pay. More
Honest people, great inventory, and no pressure! I loved my first car buying experience at Anderson Honda. Lou Supan responded to my inquiry within seconds and had the perfect car for me ready (AC on) as soon as we arrived that evening. We compared the same car at 5 dealerships across the Bay Area and settled on Anderson Honda, primarily because of the high quality car they had and the honest service they provided. We felt no pressure to buy immediately, and felt very reassured by the staff that we we were in good hands each time we came to test drive it (3 times total). Once we decided to buy, the process was painless and relatively quick for such a large purchase, thanks to Kyle's help. I expect to be an Anderson customer for the next car I buy, too! More
Poorly trained sales staff salespeople need “soft people skills” training on how to talk to potential customers. I went to another dealership to purchase my new CRV after the s salespeople need “soft people skills” training on how to talk to potential customers. Worst experience talking to a Sales Consultant online ever I contacted to ask for an alternative suggestion from this dealership, see if they have any offer that can be beat the spec and pricing of a 2019 Toyo I contacted to ask for an alternative suggestion from this dealership, see if they have any offer that can be beat the spec and pricing of a 2019 Toyota Camry SE. 1 day later, a sales consultant replied asking "which vehicle I'd go with, Honda or Toyota", I answered "I have not received any suggestion from you yet" after searching my mailbox for an email from this guy. And this is the what I got back: "I sent you a quote for Accord Hybrid EX-L already if you want lower quote , you have go with lower model and do not compare with other grand . " Hey man, Just did a search on my mailbox, didn't see any quote from you. The one I received is the Honda Accord Sport, no Hybrid EX-L. And what do you mean by "compare with other grand"? You mean "brand"? I'm looking for a vehicle to buy, of course I have to compare between brands to see which one is fit. "Check your spam folder but anyway i will send one more time to you . " Of course I checked my spam folder. If you don't want to "consult" me cause I'm Vietnamese just like you, that's fine. But don't start our conversation with that attitude, man. Conversation ends, no further reply. Am I being too hard here? More

After I received a high quote, I requested they stop contacting me. Since then, I have received repeated emails and calls from the sales manager, Manuel Souza. His harassment did not stop until I threatened to report him to Honda corporate. More
Very rude service They come with a very high price and don't want to argue with the price. It seems there are a log of people will buy their car. They come with a very high price and don't want to argue with the price. It seems there are a log of people will buy their car. More
This Is An Outstanding Honda Dealership This is a new car purchase experience review for Anderson Honda of Palo Alto. I submitted an inquiry through TrueCar and they referred me to this d This is a new car purchase experience review for Anderson Honda of Palo Alto. I submitted an inquiry through TrueCar and they referred me to this dealership. First.. let me say that the entire car purchasing experience with Anderson Honda was pleasant, productive, and stress free. Why? 1) They followed up with me by phone within minutes of submitting my request through TrueCar. I was contacted by David Bradley, who was very informative and helpful regarding the vehicle I was looking for. 2) The car I wanted was extremely popular with buyers and there were literally none on lots in the bay area at the time. But that did not stop David from making it a reality for me. He looked up incoming inventory and there were several arriving soon, and offered to let me come in and put down a deposit, which I did the next day. 3) Since David was out of the facility on the day I went in to put down a deposit, he introduced me to another sales rep, George Werner. George was fantastic and walked me through the deposit process, which was simple, concise, and insured the vehicle in question was reserved for me. 4) George also had the dealership perform a trade-in appraisal for my current vehicle. This is normally the most difficult part of buying a new car as most dealers really low ball you on trade in price. Not in this case. The used car appraiser gave George an appraisal voucher that almost exactly met my desired trade in price.... being fair for both me and the dealer. 5) George kept me informed on the status of my vehicle in transit to the dealer. And it actually arrived earlier then expected, and so I had a pleasant surprise phone call a few days later to set up an appointment to come in and complete the sales process the next morning. 6) The entire sales process was smooth, with no surprises, and nobody jumping out from behind a rock and fouling up completion of the sales process. --- Vehicle was prepped and detailed for me when I arrived. --- The Finance office was efficient, did not try to upsell me on various add on items, but did encourage me to look at a Honda Care package to carry a comprehensive warranty for 8 years (I keep my cars for 10 years on average), and given how much hi tech electronics and other systems in the car, it was an easy choice for me to accept the recommendation. --- George was very helpful and customer focused through the sales process. --- I drove off the lot with my new vehicle in less then two hours Seriously, this dealership and it's staff are extremely customer focused and do not play games or make things difficult for the buyer. I have generally found Honda dealers to be very good and easy to work with.. but Anderson Honda raised this to a whole new level for me. Anyone who asks me for a recommendation for a Honda dealer in the Bay Area.. will get Anderson Honda as my recommendation. More
