The positive rating comes primarily from their strong pricing compared to all local Bay Area competitors. However, I think their staff team can do better when it comes to communication and following thro pricing compared to all local Bay Area competitors. The person I was speaking with the most before going into the dealership to purchase our car ended up not being the one we worked with in person, even though we had an appointment with him. The person who helped us at the dealership was kind and patient, but operated slowly. We ended up spending a total of 4.5hrs when I thought it was going to be an easy pick up, paperwork, and go, especially since I was paying in full and not leasing or financing. There was also a small mixup on which car I reserved, as well as one of the salespeople who accidentally gave our packet and second set of keys to another buyer who bought the same car. I was told they'd mail it to us right away but 2 weeks later still nothing. Nonetheless, I'm very happy with our car and our purchase. More

The person dealing with vehicle agreement preparation and payment has no respect for customers time and requirements. Lot of delay in response. The sales manager I worked with was very rude! I just shared him the quote I received from another dealer. And the sales person just told me to go with their quote and he will never beat or match their p shared him the quote I received from another dealer. Can I give a 0???? DO NOT BUY A USED CAR FROM HERE! Specifically from Manuel Souza. I was sold a complete lemon of a vehicle in May of 2020. Was promised the car (A 2015 Subaru Crosstrek) was completel Specifically from Manuel Souza. I was sold a complete lemon of a vehicle in May of 2020. Was promised the car (A 2015 Subaru Crosstrek) was completely clean and had all the proper care over the years of previous ownership. WRONG. Where do I begin? First it was break issues, that I had to repair for over $600 that was literally a week after I bought the car for $17,888!! THEN it was AC unit out (3 month after ownership) , which I had to repair for another $600...NOW! I was told that there is an oil leak in the head gaskets! $5,000 to fix! ( About 10 months of ownership ) Not even a year with this car and the money that I am dumping into this lemon vehicle continues to haunt me. I don't know how these people sleep at night knowing how they are completely screwing their customers with selling bad vehicles. I would never in a million years recommend this place for any trusted vehicle purchase. The pain that I have gone through financially and mentally over this purchase has been awful. I wanted to make sure everyone knew of my experience because I wouldn't wish this hardship on my worst enemy. I'll copy and past into their website as well. This is just bad bad bad.
