Amazing! The staff at Anderson Ford was awesome and very friendly. The staff members I talked to were friendly and kind. We did not feel awkward or lost. All of them from the front door to us driving away in a vehicle were willing to help and just make conversation. These salesmen are the ones who helped the most. I knew Nate Lehmer from a prior dealership. He was the only sales person I had dealt with in the past and the only one I wanted to continue doing business through. I called him up and asked him if he could get me a different new/used car. Not only did Nate help me and got the ball rolling, but he also introduced me to other individuals working at Anderson Ford. I worked with Ryan Piatt while my mom dealt with Anthony Tony. I wanted a GMC or Chevy brand of vehicle and I ended up with a GMC Terrain. If it was not for Ryan Piatt doing everything he could to get the vehicle I wanted with all the items I was looking for at a good price, I would have taken my business else where. He stuck it out and found the vehicle I wanted. He spent hours helping me and dealing with me, he has went above and beyond excellent customer service. My mom bought a Ford Fusion. She is not a Ford fan and never has been. Anthony worked the deal and did everything he could think of, like being straight up honest with her and he ended up selling her the car. Which now she loves. If it wasn't for Nate helping us out and pairing us with amazing sales men neither one of us would have bought a new/used vehicle. The last person on my list is Stanley Smallwood. Not only is this guy hilarious but he made the paperwork easy and a breeze. He did not sugar coat it or talk us into things we were not interested in. He made this part not seem so dreadful or a pain. All four of these guys make an excellent team and I would recommend them to anyone. They are the only ones I will deal with from here on out when trying to get into a new/used/ different vehicle. THANK YOU GUYS SO MUCH!! We had located some used vehicles online, and a couple of them happened to be at Anderson. We stopped in, met Seth Fredrickson, drove 3 vehicles, and left with an excellent impression, and a desire to buy from him. We told Seth there was another place we wanted to check out before making our decision, and he was polite, gave us his card, and told us to let him know if he could do anything to help. After test driving a couple more vehicles, we decided the Escape at Anderson's was what we were leaning towards, and the fact that Seth was just so kind, we wanted to do business with him. Seth took great care of us, and checked in to make sure everything was going well with the vehicle after our purchase. Buying used vehicles can be a challenge, but once we found the vehicle we wanted, Seth made sure the challenge was over. He was a pleasure to work with the entire time. Thanks, Seth! More
