Ben and Trent were very friendly and helpful in assisting with our new care purchases. We went in to find a new truck for my husband and came out with his new truck and with a new Escape for me. They also made it easy when we needed to get some cosmetic damage fixed on both vehicles. We do feel like the finance department were a little deceptive, however. We were told one price for our trade in then when it came time to sign the papers, we were told another price for the actual trade in car (which was less) then were told that they were counting the refund for the gap insurance and warrenty as part of the trade in. Every other time we've bought a vehicle, it was offered back to us as a refund, not added in to the trade-in value. More

We were given a very thorough walk through of all the different features our new car had. The only thing I would change about the experience is the length of time it takes to make your purchase. I would like to have the option of skipping all the formalities after the paperwork was finished. I understand that many people need a comprehensive how to for their new purchase and that the sales staff are required to follow a checklist but you should have the option to waive the extra time. That way the salesman can get back to selling and the new owner can be on their way. I would do business with Anderson Ford again and would even look for Ben McGary to sell us our next car. More
