I am giving ratings of 5 for each category because our experience at Anderson Ford was a very good one in every aspect of buying a new car. We wanted a car that we could get serviced in Saint Joseph, a hybrid that was attractive and luxurious and functional, and we seem to have gotten that in the Lincoln MKZ. It is fun to drive. Everyone at Anderson Ford was very professional to work with, especially Jeremy Rougeau. Jeremy took plenty of time with us to go over the car's features and program the Snyc system. I would recommend Jeremy to friends and family as he was easy to work with. Thank you Jeremy. More

When I first arrived at Anderson, I did not have high hopes of being able to get into a vehicle due to current credit rating. However, when I first entered the Anderson Ford used car section this very we hopes of being able to get into a vehicle due to current credit rating. However, when I first entered the Anderson Ford used car section this very well groomed and polite guy (Roman Brown) serviced between two other vehicles and asked if he could assist me. Long story short, this was the beginning of our new adventured together!! From the time that I met Roman, he was diligent in finding a vehicle for me, that I could afford and one that I liked. The finance department at first wanted me to look at two different vehicles (lets just say, that did not suit me, my needs or my personality) and when I phoned Roman back and explained to him that I was not interested in either one of those vehicles, he then asked me if there were anymore that I was interested in. Between Roman and Bob in financing, they were able to find the Ford Fusion that I absolutely love!!! I am hoping that I will have a very long relationship with Anderson Ford now, and especially Roman!! If it was not for him, I probably would have walked early on in my search. Additionally, after I took the vehicle home, I knew that I had fog lights but was unable to figure out how to make them operate. I phoned Roman, and neither one of us could figure it out. The next day my roommate was messing around with and figured out how to make them work. I in turn notified Roman, because he also drives a Fusion and told him to try it on his.......and now he also has fog lights!!! At any rate, thanks to Anderson Ford and especially Roman, for helping to find my Fusion!!! More

Gene Holcomb gave me 100% of his attention; answering any and all questions that I had, and worked tirelessly to make sure we had an opportunity to test drive each vehicle that we had an interest in. Our experience was great! I had initially went in to look at a used car that I had seen on the Anderson Ford website. While I did like the first car, Ryan was able to show me a car that was even better look at a used car that I had seen on the Anderson Ford website. I am so glad that we went out of our comfort zone to look at another dealership in order to obtain another vehicle. Anderson Ford was excellent in every aspect. I dealt with Ben when I first bought my 2011 Ford Fiesta. He was very knowledgable and helpful with any questions we had. I have had several questions since buying the car and Ben always makes time to show me how to work the car or explain. I had an accident and my car had to be in the shop. Dane was very helpful and fast. They would call and let me know the progress of the car and if I needed to do anything. Anderson never pressured me into anything. I would recommend Ben (or any other staff) at Anderson. I will definately buy my next car there too! More
