I was looking for a new truck and was helped by Ryan Piatt. He was very helpful in doing anything he could to get me the price I wanted as far as a monthly payment. I bought a 2012 Ford Focus a year ago. After having it about a month I noticed several things wrong with it, including a very loud annoying noise that was embarrassing to drive. I took it to the dealershi about a month I noticed several things wrong with it, including a very loud annoying noise that was embarrassing to drive. I took it to the dealership and they said they couldn't hear anything and basically I was crazy. I'm the meantime I bought the car for the gas mileage. Ha! That was a joke!! So once again now, a year later I try to takey car again to see what is wrong and all of a sudden they know exactly what is wrong. Really? Now I'm not crazy? I have had this same experience with the two only cars I have bought from Anderson Ford. The first one I had only six months, traded it in because I knew there was something wrong with the transmission. Again, I was told "that's just the way it drives"... Traded it in and got screwed on this focus. Now I've heard that the transmission went out of that car from the people who bought it. Now, I'm stuck with this piece of crap car. Oh sure they can fix it now, but I've spent the last year dealing with these problems. Does Anderson care? No! They already have me stuck to where I'd be upside down if I traded in now. I am taking my car to thoroughbred ford to have it fixed and will NOT be dealing with Anderson ford ever again! More
