I am from Topeka Ks, but traveled to St Joe to see a 2011 Lincoln MKS that I found on their website. Seth Fredrickson met us in the lot when we first pulled in. He offered his assistance and we ended up trading in our 2006 Lincoln Zephyr. I never did feel pressured, just very friendly and helpful service. Seth was professional and is a very nice young man. I had a figure in mind before I went in, and they surprised me by meeting it. Plus, they had certified the 2011 MKS which meant I did not need to spend more on an extended warranty. Plus this dealer has what they call 'lifetime engine warranty'. I did not have much time, so they got the car buffed and detailed, filled the tank with gas, got all the paper work done I was out of there in record time. This was the best car trading experience I have ever had. I would recommend this dealer and especially Seth. More
