Have purchased cars rarely and usually dislike the experienc e of the back and forth offers etc. After stopping in and looking at ford trucks Anthony helped my wife and I in finding what we were looking for. In the meantime I checked dealerships out from Lincoln Omaha, Des Moines, and Kansas along with dealerships in between on line and had many returned calls. The treatment and price on what we wanted seemed to be best right where I started at Anderson Ford. Called Anthony on a Thursday, his day off, but I didn't know this and a good salesman seldom as a regular day off. I told him the 2 vehicles I wanted to look at and drive the next day, set up a time to be there and everything worked well. While normally one works back and forth to get best deal, it didn't take long to reach an agreement that I felt comfortable with and left with my new Ford XLT 150 shortly after. Thanks to Anthony this was as pleasant of experience as I have had buying a new vehicle and hope to send more business his way. More

I would like to say that I took me over a week to get answer about our truck that we ended up buying from Anderson ford of st Joseph . Once that was done we were going to finace to improve our credit ins answer about our truck that we ended up buying from Anderson ford of st Joseph . Once that was done we were going to finace to improve our credit instead of paying cash the loan process was easy till I was told that if we purchased gap insurance our interest would be 2 percent less which I thought was odd but we were told by guy Johnson that was normal . Come to find out from the bank our interest rate was 2 percent less than what the dealer ship gave us to put more money in there pocket . I would not tell anyone to go there for anything not even an oil change cause I'm sure they would find a way to screw you. And by the way the truck is worth more than we paid for it by almost double so we didn't even need gap so watch your back More

We went into your dealership to check into getting a trade-in on our car. Everybody was very helpful. Anderson Ford worked with us and was able to put us in a brand new car without a down payment which trade-in on our car. Everybody was very helpful. Everyone there was very helpful and was even willing to stay after closing to get us in our new car so we were able to drive it home that night.
