Purchased the car, they picked it up on Monday and did the undercoating, etc that I wanted done - I chose to pick the Explorer up on Thursday and one hour after entering the dealership, I drove off the lot. Great Phone buying experience! I live 2 hours from this dealership. I found a truck on their website that I liked, so I called and it wasn't there.
