Denied me a sale on an a car. This is the worst dealer in the country ever!!!! I had placed an order on August 8th with Ryan Chan. The car was a 2015 Mustang 50th Anniversary limit This is the worst dealer in the country ever!!!! I had placed an order on August 8th with Ryan Chan. The car was a 2015 Mustang 50th Anniversary limited edition. I also put a $1000 deposit. After a month, there was little to no communication. I emailed my salesman Chuck Mote, and I stated that there could be better customer service. Chuck replied and agreed with me. There are more email exchanges and I end up getting a phone call from Rodney Phillips. This guy is the worst manager ever. He had informed me that he isn't going to sell me that car that I ORDERED!!!!! Everybody should stay away from this stealership because they are dishonest and try to back up on deals they make! More

Searching for inexpensive used car. Give these guys credit. Wanted an inexpensive vehicle for our daughter (Courtney) with two pre-schoolers. Advised John Shalinski (sales rep) she only had X amount of money to spend. Car must have good fuel economy, big enough for them to use camping and low mileage. Pretty big order, however, only took several months before they found a vehicle our daughter could afford. A 2005 Ford Focus station wagon with only 50K miles. While they initially wanted more then Courtney could afford, was able to negotiate an affordable sale. Great deal, great service and Kudo's to Colorado Ford for going after our business. More
