Took my vehicle in for diagnosis of a audible noise emitting from the engine compartment. The service advisor briefly looked at the vehicle and concurred that the noise was indeed coming from the engin emitting from the engine compartment. The service advisor briefly looked at the vehicle and concurred that the noise was indeed coming from the engine compartment. I left the vehicle with Anderson Ford for diagnosis and repair. A few days later I received a call letting me know that the car was ready for pick up. I asked the service advisor if the noise issue had been corrected and he responded" the mechanic didn't say anything about a noise" implying that the situation is solved. They said they found a loose intake tube connection and that was "most likely the problem". Well, the noise is still there and no closer to being resolved. More
Purchased a used vehicle from Anderson Ford. They were happy to take my money. Now the thrill is gone. Never again. They will sell you a lemon with a warranty and lie about you being satisfied. I bought a 2020 explorer that is an absolute nightmare! It is the worst car I have ever owned. Anderson refuses to acknowledge you being satisfied. I bought a 2020 explorer that is an absolute nightmare! It is the worst car I have ever owned. Anderson refuses to acknowledge or repair the problems. It is literally falling apart. They will not finish open repair orders or give complete repair documents on the car. They knew it was a lemon and sold it anyway. They also changed the price of the car for financing. Took 1,500 off my down payment. Basically making it look like I gave them a free car. The contracts do not match! Do not buy from Anderson Ford! Even within the 3 day period they will refuse to take the car back or give you back your trade. They are so shady they even took my Jeep off the contract they sent to corporate. The manager is no use there either. He is the one that refused to give me back my car and not acknowledge the shoddy paint repair they did. Lacey gave the car back broken claiming it was fixed repeatedly...still waiting on the paint repair for my back door More

Came in to have a timing belt changed because car was at a 100000 miles not having any issues t the car just wanted it replaced for precaution was told it would be just shy of a 1000 dollars which included a 100000 miles not having any issues t the car just wanted it replaced for precaution was told it would be just shy of a 1000 dollars which included a new water pump since they we're going to be in there rented a loaner car for a day then the next morning was told my car had no power and water reservoir was almost empty and before they did any work they wanted to do a pressure test to make sure there wasn't a bad head and it would be an additional 375.00 on top of the thousand I told them I never had a problem with loss of power just wanted the timing belt replaced as part of the hundred thousand Miles service so I told them not to do anything and I brought the loaner car back and was told there would be restock fee for the parts they ordered I was charged 164.00 dollars 35 for I day loaner and the rest for restocking fee I guess after paying I ask if they already put fluid in my reservoir and he had to have the mechanic drive it back in to add fluid I never heard a pressure test costing 375.00 and I been driving it since with no problem that's why I hate dealer ships More

Warranty pushers/scammers Careful with these guys. They tell you the sales staff work on salaries and receive no commission. Then they push the extended warranties that they Careful with these guys. They tell you the sales staff work on salaries and receive no commission. Then they push the extended warranties that they do get commissions for and glide over them in the explanation of charges. I read the whole thing after making the purchase. Had I read it at the dealership it would have taken hours. In my opinion it isn't worth it. They also neglect to tell you that if you change your mind you can cancel the extended warranty. If you do so within 30 days there is no charge. If you do so after 30 days the refund is pro-rated but you can still cancel. The instructions tell you to call the dealership to cancel but they don't return calls. They don't return calls because cancelling your warranty causes Ford to recover their commission. Your best bet is to call Ford directly. With Ford breathing down their necks they have to comply. Bottom line. If Ford is making the best truck on the market why the need for this type of warranty? It appears to me like a money making racket. More
