We are visiting the bullhead area and realized several days ago that our front tires were all worn on the inside so we contacted the nearest dealer and were told to come right in the same day. We were wel days ago that our front tires were all worn on the inside so we contacted the nearest dealer and were told to come right in the same day. We were welcomed and consulted about the problem, told we needed new front tires before they could do an alignment or find out why the tires were worn the way they were, there was also a sound under our vehicle since the day we bought it that was explained to us as being just a noise that was normal, after we had a towing hitch put in the noise was then blamed on the hitch. New tires were ordered and we were to return the next morning, when we left we thought we better mention the noise and the fact that the steering wheel was off to the left side when the wheels were straight and that maybe they should check to see if there were going to be more parts ordered for the van for the repair to happen, two different service people helped us Kevin was awesome and another technician found the noise was a transmission mount that as not secured. The noise was gone, awesome knowledge and desire to help us, lots of time spend to find the problem. We returned the next day and we thought it would be a quick tire change and alignment but they alignment was really hard to do and Kevin had to take the front end apart and try to fix from the inside out, he got it nearly perfect and asked for help and more than one tech worked to make our front wheels straight again. They did the best they could and said that we needed warranty work done when we return home to Canada as the parts would take too long to get here and we were heading back to Canada soon. We were so impressed, the dealer we bought from did not even try to find the noise we talked about, the dealer who put in our new Transmission in Apache Junction was good but only suggested a front wheel alignment, did not tell us how bad the tire wear was and we were in real danger of a blow out and a crash. The suggestion of a wheel alignment was made when we were paying for the cost of the pump we put on to be able to flat tow our van home. They should have told us before and we could have had if fixed there. We were very impressed with the care and attention we were offered and we are so glad this dealership was able to help us. More
I'm director of Access Tours, a non-profit tour organization that provides tours for people with physical disabilities. We use small buses that are basically Ford E450 vans and on several occasions organization that provides tours for people with physical disabilities. We use small buses that are basically Ford E450 vans and on several occasions we have needed either emergency service (one time the a/c compressor went south in August) or just needed routine service when passing through Kingman. Each time we were given priority sevice. Apparently, the management recognizes the value of good service, unlike all too many dealerships. More
