We tried to buy a used car from them and they would not come down on the price saying the had very little wiggle room took hours thought it was ridiculous. But...... then we had service done on our F2 come down on the price saying the had very little wiggle room took hours thought it was ridiculous. But...... then we had service done on our F250 super duty a MAF sensor replacement. The sensor cost $198 per ford. Anderson charged us &281 for the part and for labor they charged $500. The book they use to determine labor hrs said .5 / or half an hour..." they said the charged $200an hr" that should have been $100 labor so with tax it would be under $350 total for the repair they charged us $800 Insane ! Even if you throw in the $200 dollar diagnostic that they said we wouldn't have to pay if we got it fixed with them that would only be $550 they are liars and cheats beware/be warned . I did try and discuss this with Patty , Dustin service reps and the service manager Jeff More
I hate to do it, but I have never encountered such while trying to do business long distance. I found a vehicle at Anderson online and reached out to inquire. I have a home in 2 states so I wanted to have trying to do business long distance. I found a vehicle at Anderson online and reached out to inquire. I have a home in 2 states so I wanted to have the vehicle shipped to the state that I will be in at the time of delivery. I provided my documentation and this is where it got strange. The salesman thought it strange that I wanted delivery in such a way and wanted to know why the two different addresses, I explained and thought it made perfect sense as I’m certain that I’m not the only person in the world to have such an arrangement, especially in 2024. I told him that if it caused issues then, although inconvenient, I would fly back to the state on my drivers license to receive the vehicle; although I had just come from my home there last week. Apparently, that wasn’t good enough. He gave some excuse about me having 2 residences causing red flags and then requested that I fly to AZ to complete the purchase in person. I politely declined. I then hopped back on the internet, found a comparable vehicle elsewhere and reached out to the salesman. Not only were they the friendliest people ever, but I signed the papers yesterday and am preparing for delivery within the next few days, ALL VIRTUALLY. My issue with Anderson was that if they didn’t want to sell to me, then just say that, don’t make ridiculous requests knowing full well that it’s unnecessary and ridiculous simply for me to be the one to end the conversation. I’d never recommend this place to anyone with the money and means to go elsewhere. More
Shady dealership…Buyers beware…. I was trying to buy a Hummer H3, it was recently acquired by the dealer. The price was already posted all over the web with a set price of 24,950.0 I was trying to buy a Hummer H3, it was recently acquired by the dealer. The price was already posted all over the web with a set price of 24,950.00. The salesman went MIA for several hours after going back and forth on getting my information. (They knew they were getting a lot of interest for the vehicle, so they do their typical waiting game) They stated it hasn’t been through inspection, detailed and the basics like oil changed/tire rotation. They finally got in touch with me, told me the price is 29k plus a savings of 2k(blah, blah, blah). I said no, the price you posted on the web stated for 25k, they turn around and tell me well we dont have to do the basic oil changed, detailed, inspection. I laughed and just stop responded. great/trusty dealerships always do the right thing, they get a vehicle in, they do the prep work before posting it online. Ive been buying vehicles for a very long time, traveled to a lot of states and never encountered this behavior. I’m probably on my 50th vehicle and I was very disappointed with this practice. More
In October 2022, we bought a 2018 Ford Raptor from a small car dealership. It had 75,000 miles on it. We bought an extended warranty with the truck. At the end of May/June 2023, the truck went into li small car dealership. It had 75,000 miles on it. We bought an extended warranty with the truck. At the end of May/June 2023, the truck went into limp mode on my way home, from out of town. We had the truck towed to Anderson Ford Kingman. Lacie Korson, Assistant Service Manager handled all the details for getting the truck repaired. As it turned out, the engine had to be replaced! Since it is a Raptor, every thing is more expensive. We have the extended warranty through ASC Warranty. This company was the easy one we have ever worked with. Lacie did all the contact with them and they contacted me via text with the status of the repair. The only thing they did not pay for was taxes, diagnostic, filter and fluids and there was no deductible. Lacie kept me informed as to the status. If I did have to call her and she didn't answer, I would leave a message and she would call me back, usually the same day. We had zero problems with Kingman Ford. I was skeptical after reading some of these reviews, but the latest one was from a year ago. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again for service or buying a vehicle. More

Arrived 5 minutes early, at 1:50 pm, I asked George the service writer if they were going to change my oil today, he said he was the o today at 1 pm. Arrived 5 minutes early, at 1:50 pm, I asked George the service writer if they were going to change my oil today, he said he was the only one here and do I want to take my car and leave. I told him that he was the one that made the appointment. Not me., The took my vehicle in at 2 pm, The service department leaves a lot to be desired, I actually think they have no customer service abilities. Harold Wages More
Worst service department anywhere. Called to schedule a brake controller enable. Got transferred and then disconnected. Traveled to dealership to see if they could hook up scan tool t Called to schedule a brake controller enable. Got transferred and then disconnected. Traveled to dealership to see if they could hook up scan tool to enable trailer brake controller it would take longer to walk to truck than do the job. Was told that they could make appointment but just to busy to help out a customer that purchased the truck from them new. Not the first time either. Like originally stated worst customer service in the service department anywhere. Clueless More
I used this dealership for all my automotive needs. Both service and sales. UNTIL.. I went in recently to buy a used car. I spoke to a nice salesman and we were getting close to a sale. I was paying cash fo service and sales. UNTIL.. I went in recently to buy a used car. I spoke to a nice salesman and we were getting close to a sale. I was paying cash for the car and asked if he could have a tech just look at the timing belt and let me know it's condition as a used car has no warranty. He said he would ask. He brought the sales manager to me. This man was a rude, condescending jerk. He treated my wife and I like second class citizens as we were ONLY spending 11000 dollars and they don't do preventative maintenance on cheap cars. He spoke down to us and was very condescending. I explained preventative maintenance was actually fixing something and I just wanted to know it was ok to drive and I even said I would pay extra. He looked at me like I was asking for a monumental thing and again said no we won't do that it on only 11000 cheap car. I have stopped going there completely. My mother is also was going to buy a brand new car was going to pay cash. For a new f150 after hearing my experience chose to go elsewhere. I don't know about you but 11000 dollars in my book is a xxxx of a lot of money for a disabled man on a fixed income. I will never go back. The sales manager lost my entire family patronage. I figure between just myself and my mother he already lost 100000 dollars in sales. I wonder if that qualifies as alot of money to him. More
Aaron was a wonderful person to work with. Very helpful and knowledgeable. We had a great test drive and was able to get us top dollar for our trade in. He is worth the 5 star rating. and knowledgeable. We had a great test drive and was able to get us top dollar for our trade in. He is worth the 5 star rating. More
Took my vehicle in for diagnosis of a audible noise emitting from the engine compartment. The service advisor briefly looked at the vehicle and concurred that the noise was indeed coming from the engin emitting from the engine compartment. The service advisor briefly looked at the vehicle and concurred that the noise was indeed coming from the engine compartment. I left the vehicle with Anderson Ford for diagnosis and repair. A few days later I received a call letting me know that the car was ready for pick up. I asked the service advisor if the noise issue had been corrected and he responded" the mechanic didn't say anything about a noise" implying that the situation is solved. They said they found a loose intake tube connection and that was "most likely the problem". Well, the noise is still there and no closer to being resolved. More
