Great Salesperson We drove up to the dealer and there was a young salesperson walking towards the building. He stopped and waited for us. He introduced himself as Mat We drove up to the dealer and there was a young salesperson walking towards the building. He stopped and waited for us. He introduced himself as Matt Bax and he would be our salesperson. We explained what we wanted. That there were actually two types of vehicles we were interested in. He showed us both but in no way did he sway us toward the more expensive one. He listened to what I wanted and said he had an idea for the perfect SUV for me and when he drove up with it, it definitely was the one I wanted. He was very pleasant and knowledgeable in his job and we would recommend him to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle. But I will admit their service department needs some improvement. More
Buying a new car and trading my old one in. Devin was very professional and answered all of my questions. Was not for sure if was going to buy a new car of not. Communication Went through financing and was approved for a vehicle. When my sales person went to get my vehicle they said I couldn't buy it because someone else wa Went through financing and was approved for a vehicle. When my sales person went to get my vehicle they said I couldn't buy it because someone else wanted to view the vehicle. This was a very frustrating situation since I had already been approved for the vehicle. The general manager called and further explained the situation amd I am appreciative of that. I believe this situation could have been avoided if there was better communication between stores on the status of the vehicle. More

Another great experience with Anderson Ford Devin did an excellent job on answering all questions that we had about the new 2015 Ford Edge. He worked with us to get to the price that we were sat Devin did an excellent job on answering all questions that we had about the new 2015 Ford Edge. He worked with us to get to the price that we were satisfied with. We really appreciate the Military discount. Kurt was very informative and broke down all the financing so I could understand it. I believe that they both stayed well beyond their normal working hours and did not waiver on making time for us. Thank you More

Great experience I generally hate the car buying experience. I usually pick a two year old car I am interested in and use the "Buy it now" feature on Ebay to avoid de I generally hate the car buying experience. I usually pick a two year old car I am interested in and use the "Buy it now" feature on Ebay to avoid dealing with car sales people for as long as I possibly can. I have used this approach to purchase cars in Cleveland, Dallas and Fort Collins. A one way airline ticket to pick up a car is worth not having to deal with car sales people. I spent over a week trying to buy a new Chevy Volt and received nothing but grief from the internet sales sites and sales people from multiple states. Late on a Thursday night I had had enough thought I would consider a Fusion. I found what appeared to be a great price on a 2015 Fusion. Friday morning I called Anderson Ford in Lincoln and immediately asked to speak to the internet sales manager expecting some bait and switch tactic. Much to my surprise and pleasure there was none of that. The price was the price. What a novel idea, and it was a great price. Fortunately for me I live in Omaha, left work a little early, drove to Lincoln, drove the car around the block ( I had not test driven a Fusion at that point), bought it, signed the papers and was back in Omaha by dinner time. For me, this is how the car buying experience should be - non confrontational. Great experience. More
