The next day Matt delivered a loaner vehicle to our house and drove our car back to the dealership. Within two days the dealership not only corrected the issue but also offered to bring the car back out to our house and pick up the loaner. We appreciated not having to deal with lacking a vehicle to get to work. More

I have purchased vehicles from Anderson in the past but the truck I purchased from another dealer. Did actually try to purchase the truck from Anderson but the first truck I wanted to test drive had a dead battery. I wanted to actually test drive the vehicle I wanted to buy so picked out a second truck but was told the gas showed empty. It was then about 45 minutes to their closing time and was asked to come back the following day. The following day I went to a different dealer. Made appointment at Anderson to have body moldings replaced, since Ford warranty work can be done at any Ford dealer. Had it there at 8 in the morning and was told it would take about an hour. At about 9:30 was still sitting outside and had not been touched. Inquired about the status and soon after it was taken in the shop. About 30 minutes later was informed it was ready. Walked back on the side of the building towards my truck and a guy came out a side door from the body shop. He said here's your keys and he stated he didn't know why the xxxx I should expect special treatment when I didn't even buy the truck from them. I was pissed and should have gone in the main office and asked for a manager but didn't. Also upset when I noticed all my belonging in the center console had been gone through and just tossed back in, in a mess??? (If needed, registration was showing right on the visor.) Should have reported to Ford directly. All I know is that I will never purchase another vehicle from them or have any service performed at their facility again. And to think I have a couple award winning Ford vehicles, one a national winner, that I have built. More

After a quick test-drive we had decided that the van was for us. Matt was very helpful, offering advice, answering our questions and very friendly. We had a slightly difficult situation with a co-signer in another state, both Matt and Kurt made it very easy to complete our purchase. Matt made the usually frustrating part of car buying smooth and easy, would easily recommend Matt, Kurt and Anderson Ford to anyone. Thank You. More
Easy to work with, Lots of great people who work there. I was there for several hours and they worked with me to find a car even with my not so hot credit score. He took the time to help me understand and know how to use the many features and technologies my new vehicle has. He even to the time to help me set my lock codes, change lighting options, and connect both my personal and work phones to the hands-free system. I was completely blown away by his vast knowledge of the technology. Although I knew he was trying to sell me the car, he went above and beyond to show me why this was a great choice for my needs!
