My experience at Anderson Ford was great - absolutely everyone I came into contact with was friendly and helpful. Michael Anderson was wonderful to work with - going out of his way (coming in on his nig everyone I came into contact with was friendly and helpful. Blake Chapp and Kurt Tibbs did an AWESOME job. I had been to several dealerships and told i would never be able to get a vehicle anywhere due to having no credit!!! After getting to the dealership and being shown the car I had noticed a scratch in the windsheild. They could tell I was bothered by this and asked me what they could do to fix the situation. I asked if they would take some money off the price of the car and they did. They weren't going to let that scratch in the glass stand in the way of me driving all that way and not driving my car home. They weren't going to let it make them lose a customer either. I felt at some times I was taking advantage of them and they told me that they wanted me to be very happy with my purchase. We are here to help you the customer. We live 65 miles from Anderson Ford North so when we stopped in to price new Ford F-150s I had no intention of buying. Kris was a low pressure Sales Advisor who listened to what I had to say, then set u stopped in to price new Ford F-150s I had no intention of buying.
