It took 4 hours to complete a deal (way to long). We were going to leave after a few hours without a purchase then there was more negotiating before the deal was completed. Everyone at this dealership was very courteous and friendly. When the car I agreed to purhase had unexpected miles on it when it was shipped in from another dealer they immediately rectified the situ friendly. Rammie clarified to me everything I have to know about the car I was evaluating and also after I bought the car. He showed me how each control in the car operates. Angela was a fantastic dealer to work with. She was very courteous, accommodating, and patient. I didn't feel like she was trying to force a car on us quickly. Rather, she simply showed us cars and let us courteous, accommodating, and patient. I didn't feel like she was trying to force a car on us quickly. Rather, she simply showed us cars and let us make our decision on our own time. We appreciate not getting the high-pressure sales routines. Also, we had a question for which she did not know the answer, and she made sure to find another manager that could answer our question. We had a very positive experience with Angela and Anderson Ford in general and would be happy to recommend them. In addition to Angela, the finance team (Mike, Kyle, and Kurt) and the delivery manager (Jason) were great as well. My only complaint was that the detailing was not done properly. More
