Some mix up over the 'free' car washes, but an overall good experience....Jordan came through with the car washes and the manager checked frequently to make sure we were satisfied. good experience....Jordan came through with the car washes and the manager checked frequently to make sure we were satisfied. I knew what I wanted when I arrived at Anderson. The sales person, Jon Balsely, was very competent and easy to work with. I do like that Anderson went to 'no haggle' pricing. I did a lot of comparison sales person, Jon Balsely, was very competent and easy to work with. I do like that Anderson went to 'no haggle' pricing. I did a lot of comparisons online of car pricing and found Anderson to be competitive. While I always hate the 'let's see what additonal protection packages we can offer', I did still appreciate the fact that they do offer them, even if I didn't want any. We'll see how the car wash goes at their new facility. I'm pretty meticulous and if they don't deliver a good wash, I will complain! I would definitely go to Anderson again and would recommend that someone shopping for a vehicle include them on their list of dealers to evaluate. More
We have been looking into a new Explorer for several months. During that time we went to Eck, Woodhouse, Achley, and more. Each time no one kept in contact with us and no one seemed to want to find us months. During that time we went to Eck, Woodhouse, Achley, and more. Each time no one kept in contact with us and no one seemed to want to find us the vehicle we wanted . Anderson Ford eventually found us the very car that we wanted at the price we needed and the trade-in that we liked. They are nice and personable. Thanks, Jerry Rease More
“Because People Matter...we will serve your needs by always doing what is right.” By whose standard? When we went to license the vehicle, we found that we couldn't because the title was not on rec always doing what is right.” By whose standard? When we went to license the vehicle, we found that we couldn't because the title was not on record with the State. Yeah, they sold an unsecured vehicle without informing the buyers. What's it say at the top? Might as well say "Buyer Beware." We are now in the middle of trying to figure this out with less than a week to go before the temporary tags expire. The experience was a typical car deal. The buyer has no leverage and the costs are exorbitant. Customer service was below par and we were left waiting on a couple different occasions for extended periods of time. So long that we almost left the sale. Had it been just me, I would've left and not bought anything from this dealership. It's doubtful this will have any impact on how you guys run your business, but just know, your success is dependant on people buying your product. I doubt we're the only ones that had this type of experience, and I just can't see how a business can be successful this way. More
I believe that Anderson Ford hid some important information from me regarding my vehicle maintenance. They did however, correct the problem without too much resistance. Most people aren't like me a information from me regarding my vehicle maintenance. They did however, correct the problem without too much resistance. Most people aren't like me and would have ignored the situation. I wasnt impressed with speed of the sale proccess! I spent over 2 hours waiting to finalize paperwork and it was a CASH sale! Also, I asked them to check the transmission skip and they informed me it was 'NORMAL'! Im not so sure I believe this though and I will have another mechanic look at it. I did buy it "as is" so its my problem. My salesman was new but, did a good job in finding the answers I asked. He didn't pressure me and was appologetic for the delay! They give you free coffee and that is nice! My husband does NOT like Anderson Ford due to past scheduled maintenance problems we had done on our other vehicles. We are not convinced that Anderson is 100% honest with their work or providing complete used vehicle information! Thanks for listening. C.Poe More

We went looking for a family car and found that Anderson found had what we were after at a fair price. We did not feel pressured to buy which is why we returned for a second look. found had what we were after at a fair price. We did not feel pressured to buy which is why we returned for a second look.
