I couldn't give a 5 on the "Price" question above. I was generally pleased with the price but I couldn't quite get passed the idea that this was a gimic created by car dealers to increase prof above. My husband and I stopped at Anderson Ford just to see what they had for SUV's with no intention to purchase a different vehicle. I had a Ford 500 that I really liked, but it was getting up there in mile what they had for SUV's with no intention to purchase a different vehicle. We saw a couple of used Ford Escapes on the lot, while we looking at them Curtis explained to us the differences between them. Curtis introduced us to Jason, the Sales Person. Jason had us take one of the Ford Escapes on a test drive and explained everything to us. We really liked the SUV, so Jason sat down with us and explained the pricing and how they come up with the cost as well as, how they determine trade in value. We really like the no hassle with the cost of the vehicles. Jason was absolutely the best Sales Person we have ever worked with. He was very professional, knowledgeable, and a genuine nice person. He really cares about the people he is working work and does everything he can to make you feel comfortable about the purchase of your vehicle. He went out of his way explaining the features of the Escape which included Sync and setting up my cell phone so everything would work. Kurt also did an excellent job getting us some great financing and explaining all the options to us. We have purchased several vehicles from different car dealerships but never have we had such a great experience as we did with Anderson Ford in Lincoln. They went out of their way to make everything work out!! More

I was recommended to Anderson Ford by my boyfriend who bought his car from them. I stopped there first and had the best customer service and prices from Ben! Brandon, one of the managers, came out to look at it to see how good of a deal I really got. He found dents I didn't see, problems the dealer in Omaha didn't tell me about and problems left and right. Tim O'Neil came out looked at it as well and told me the real deal I got. I had Nate, Ben, Brandon and Tim all looking at a car they didn't sell me and I've never been so shocked and I've never had customer service that great! The car is going back and I'm buying one from Anderson Ford from this day until forever! Ben really went the extra mile to show me how to work my car, unlike Infinity of Omaha! He was beyond professional and so much fun to work with! He gave me a great price and the customer service is unmatched! Thank you so much for everything Ben! Brandon saw things that I wouldn't have noticed. He was honest and thorough making sure that I wasn't taken for granted. He didn't have to take time out of his day but he did and I really appreciate that.
