I have purchased many vehicles in my 50+ years, from various auto dealers. This is my first experience at Anderson Ford North of Lincoln, Nebraska and I couldn't be happier. I had been putting off car shopping because I was dreading it, but when I went to Anderson and met with Lee Ackley I had a much easier time than I expected. I came back once after not being able to d dreading it, but when I went to Anderson and met with Lee Ackley I had a much easier time than I expected. I came back once after not being able to decide, and was able to find a car I love with a payment I could live with. I loved dealing with Lee and her manager Nate!! I highly recommend Anderson. My only complaint was that when I went to deal with the finance guy he would not accept my "no" for an answer on the extended warranty. I felt trapped into accepting it. More

There was no pressure and no hovering while we were walking around the car lot. Sales people came out, let us browse and came back when we were ready to talk. Had a very good experience buying a new car at Anderson, however, was not impressed with the "no haggle" approach. When making such a large purchase a person should be able to negotiate the trade-in value however, was not impressed with the "no haggle" approach. When making such a large purchase a person should be able to negotiate the trade-in value of their car and the purchase/options of their new car. It was frustrating to hear that they couldn't do anything about the price over and over again when I know they are going to make a nice profit off my trade-in and purchase. It would be nice to see more flexibility in buying and trading in. Overall though I love my new car and I'm glad I made the decision to buy it. More

My wife and I thought Lee was great. She was very knowledgeable, helpful, friendly and made buying a car a pleasant experience. GOOD JOB LEE!
