Buying the vehicle and talking to the salesman was Great. Few days after the purchase I noticed some unknown problems with the heating system. Tried calling the salesman but he was off that day. Talked to the service dept and explained the problem and had an appointment a couple of days later. After dropping off the vehicle I was called a few hours later and told that the vehicle was ready and what was done. I tried explaining again what the problem was and it was decided to let the vehicle cool down and see if it did it later. After taking the vehicle home and letting it cool down until the next morning, I found that the problem was still there and called later in the morning to inform the service dept about it. Took it back on Wed. and picked it up on Friday. I was told they tried to create the problem but could not. Next morning, I had the same problem. Dropped it off at a mechanic Monday, had the air bled from the cooling system Monday morning. Picked it up in the late afternoon. Let the vehicle warm up while waiting. Think the problem is solved. Air trapped in the heater core. What was wrong was detailed in a Nissan forum. Sorry to say after this experience I really doubt I will be recommending my friends to buy a vehicle from here. More

Pleasant experience buying a 2013 Ford Fusion from Anderson. Staff was knowledgable of the vehicle. Pricing was very resonable when compared to sales from other dealerships and online recommended pric Anderson. Staff was knowledgable of the vehicle. There were a couple of problems with the car (scratch and a chip in the bumper, most likely from test drives) that they fixed no hassle for free. I walked in and was immediatly greeted by Mike, he was so polite. I told him exactly what I was looking for in a used vehicle, and we sat down at his desk and went over used vehicles. He never once tried to convince me to buy something other than what I had expressed, or pressured me to look at vehicles that I was not comfortable with. I then came to the conclusion that I would like a new vehicle and he worked with the previous description I had given him and showed me a 2013 escape. While test driving he was great, explaining things about the vehicle and what Ford has done with the new escape. Overall wonderful experience, everyone was friendly and wanted to make sure I had the best car buying experience and felt secure in my decision and Mike was great at that! Overall extremely satisfied with the expierence!! More

Nick dd a fine job of showing, explaining features, answering questions, expaining pricing, demonstrating, delivering. Kurt did a fine job with all of the warantee, service plans and pricing.
