Jon is a newer salesperson to this dealership but, was great to work with. Any questions I had, he was quick to answer or, seek input from the sales manager. I bought a 2022 Escape Titanium and the car is a dream. However I have to say the best part about the experience was the customer service. The dealership is very clean and all of the employees are very gracious with the opening of doors and salutations. I would never do auto business anywhere else. If I had a negative it would be the prices. Both the price of new vehicles and what you can command for a price of your trade in. This is not a fault of the dealership though, it is just the times we are currently living in. More
This dealership is crap and very inconsiderate. I made an appointment to see a 2022 F-150 and I was prepared to buy it, had the cash with me. They said the car was there and it was brand new. I came in for the first time to bring my work vehicle for service. The quick lane manager Steve Clark is the worst person I have ever dealt with. I do not know how this man is even a manager at this dealersh service. The quick lane manager Steve Clark is the worst person I have ever dealt with. I do not know how this man is even a manager at this dealership. He does not have good customer service at all. He talks to you in a sarcastic way and is arrogant. He does not even set expectations with the customer and just let's you wait. It's a good thing that I do not have my personal vehicles serviced here. I came in 8am before heading to work, and Steve's attitude totally ruined my whole day. And yes, I did go to have my vehicle serviced in the quick lane and it took 1 hour and 45 minutes before I realized that I cannot wait any longer. If I was even told that I will have to wait that long, I would not have waisted my time. Steve needs to treat people with respect and attend trainings on how to provide good customer service. More

Above and beyond customer service!. I wanted to examine the undercarriage of used Lincoln but was held up in heavy traffic so did not arrive at dealership till almost closing time. Steve from the Kwik Lube the undercarriage of used Lincoln but was held up in heavy traffic so did not arrive at dealership till almost closing time. Steve from the Kwik Lube department stayed an hour past closing time of service department to accommodate me. Oscar from sales also had to wait for me to show the ca.r, so he to was after closing time to show me this vehicle.He did any excellent job of explaining the vehicle, including pointing out a potential problem with the back up cam. No pressure sales, a very positive experience. Oscar delivered my car 160 plus miles from dealership and explained the car to my wife. Thus saving me trying to muddle through it. Anderson can be proud to have Oscar and Steve as their associates. Good help is hard to find these days and these people would be hard to replace! would recommend this dealership to all. Just wish they were closer as they would then have all my business. More
