Experience was very good. People were friendly, accomodating, and low pressure. We were originally interested in an Explorer so Derrick brought one to Lincoln from their Grand Island store. When we looked at we decided that the Explorer wasn't the right car for us and Derrick had no issues with that and kept looking to help us find the right vehicle. We found one that we liked and he let us take it home overnight (50 miles) to make put it in the garage, drive around town, and make sure it was the right one. We enjoyed working with Derrick. The only part of my experience that I wasn't overjoyed with is that I felt a little pressure to go with one of the warranty packages even though I indicated several times I wasn't interested in purchasing one at that time. More
