Bought a new fiesta... Had nothing but trouble with this stupid car. I was proud to own a ford until I bought this car. They refused to fix problems that were covered under warranty... Horrible buying experience. I bought a car from Anderson a few weeks ago and it was horrible. The finance guy sat right in front of me and made fun of my sales lady, about her weight!!! I have never experi a few weeks ago and it was horrible. The finance guy sat right in front of me and made fun of my sales lady, about her weight!!! I have never experienced this kind of low grade customer service. I did complain to try and correct this problem, because no one should have to deal with this while buying a vehicle. I was told that the matter was handled, i do not know though. So after the horrible experience with the finance guy, Anderson could not find my spare set of keys, so they said they would mail them to me. Okay that is fine but i have not received my keys, Why? because Andersons employees sent my keys in a normal letter envelope!!!!! Yes i said that right, they sent my keys in a letter-type envelope and the were destroyed. I would suggest that you look other places before buying from Anderson. The give you this introduction about how they are haggle free and blah blah blah. Buyer Beware!!! If you want crappy service and idiotic thinking, go to Anderson Ford North. More
