SERVICE DEPARTMENT FAILURE had my truck in 3 times for same issue and failed to make and repairs. 3 times.. I'm never gonna recommend or go here. They make promise and don't keep them. I was in there today to get my first oil change with my new Jeep, and service advisor Brandy was so nice and so helpful to me!! She walked me through Jeep wave and made me feel so welcomed. Lies and more lies I brought my Jeep Patriot in on October 9 as my vehicle was squeaking a little. After the so called inspection I was told I was riding on metal and ne I brought my Jeep Patriot in on October 9 as my vehicle was squeaking a little. After the so called inspection I was told I was riding on metal and needed new rotors and a lot of other things adding up to about $900. After speaking with the service manager, he told me they could lower the cost of the service to about $400 just for the breaks. He told me well you really don’t need the rotors replaced, we can do the break pads for $400. Then I took my truck to another mechanic who advise I didn’t need new breaks or anything. In fact I had another mechanic who told me that my breaks were fine and had plenty of life. It sad because if I had allowed them to scare me they would have literally stole money from me and I’m sure no work would have been completed as there’s nothing wrong with my vehicle. I’m so disappointed. Scam artist... More
If you’re a woman don’t bother I brought my Jeep in for repairs and was not treated fairly by the service department. When questioning my bill I was told I requested for unnecessary I brought my Jeep in for repairs and was not treated fairly by the service department. When questioning my bill I was told I requested for unnecessary parts to be repaired and ended up having to pay for them. Also, the spare key fob I needed made, didn’t work and was missing a part. The car wouldn’t register it and I needed to make another trip in there to have it fixed. I spoke to the GM who told me that the service guy and myself “had a personality mismatch”. I nor my concerns were taken seriously. If it were my husband that brought the Jeep in he wouldn’t have been dismissed as I was trying to explain what was wrong. The service guy actually took his hand, waived it, dismissing me when I expressed concern on a traction control light that came on and wouldn’t go off. So to all women driving Jeeps that need repair- take it somewhere else. Let my experience save you the hassle and disappointment I experienced. More
Remote start turned disaster If this dealership damages your vehicle they will fight you til the end to not honor their mistake. Even if you have a record of letting them service your multiple vehicles they treat you as if your business is not important. DO NOT GET YOUR CAR SERVICED HERE. They have failed miserably many times. The owner does not care to make right what his staff has done wrong. I would not take my vehicles to them ever again. I Go to Jack Wolfe even though Anderson is walking distance. That is how much I dont trust my cars with them ever again. I even had to file an insurance claim against them because the owner, Craig Anderson refused to pay for the damage that his team did to my vehicle. I may have to go to small claims court in order to get my deductible refunded. He knows his staff messed up and he still will not make it right what they made wrong. More
