He answered all of my questions, sat and chatted with us during moments where we had to wait throughout the buying process, and made us feel welcome. Out of all the vehicle buying experiences I've had, this one is by far the best. The employees I interacted with treated me extremely well and it felt like more of a genuine experience instead of a "buy the car" scripted salesman situation, which I have experienced in the past with other dealerships and can make the whole situation very stressful. They answered all of my questions and took all of my concerns into consideration to meet my needs and to help me have a great car buying experience as a whole. I also appreciate that Jose took time to call a few weeks later to make sure everything was going well with the Renegade. I'm excited to travel and make many great memories with my new vehicle and it's awesome to know that there are people at this dealership who care about stuff like this as much as I do and go the extra mile to make sure that customers have the best experience possible.
