Very poor customer service. Scheduled an oil change, tire rotation and recall fix. Received 4 email reminders within the 2 days between scheduling and actual appointment. Left Scheduled an oil change, tire rotation and recall fix. Received 4 email reminders within the 2 days between scheduling and actual appointment. Left the vehicle for approximately 3-4 hours and all that was done was the recall fix. They "forgot" to do the rest and everyone had already finished up for the day and weekend. Was told to come back the next week and we would be moved to the front of the line. Only got the oil changed. Prior to going down today for the service, got another email stating we had "missed" our appointment last Friday. We did not. Evidently the left hand doesn't know what the right hand is doing. AND I got,the email AFTER I had unsubscribed to the email messages. Since Greg Young has taken over, all the good guys are gone. So sad. More
