I felt like she had our best interest at heart. When we were ready to buy she was available at a moments notice. We have never felt less pressured at a car dealership ever. All of the paperwork was taken care of during the day while we worked. At the end of the day we were driving home in a brand new vehicle in just two easy hours (and that included another test drive).
