I flew 650 miles to Anderson Dodge/Chrysler/Jeep/Ram to purchase a specific vehicle I found online. Mike Gardner was my primary point of contact. Not only did he personally pick me up at O’Hare, but he purchase a specific vehicle I found online. Mike Gardner was my primary point of contact. Not only did he personally pick me up at O’Hare, but he facilitated one of the smoothest transactions I’ve ever had at a dealership. The vehicle was precisely as advertised. The business portion was streamlined and efficient. Both Mike and Keith McCoy showed me the highest level of courtesy and professionalism. My experience with Anderson was great. I would not hesitate to give them my business again….even if I have to fly back up here. Solid 5 out of 5 stars. More
