Lies and more lies I brought my Jeep Patriot in on October 9 as my vehicle was squeaking a little. After the so called inspection I was told I was riding on metal and ne I brought my Jeep Patriot in on October 9 as my vehicle was squeaking a little. After the so called inspection I was told I was riding on metal and needed new rotors and a lot of other things adding up to about $900. After speaking with the service manager, he told me they could lower the cost of the service to about $400 just for the breaks. He told me well you really don’t need the rotors replaced, we can do the break pads for $400. Then I took my truck to another mechanic who advise I didn’t need new breaks or anything. In fact I had another mechanic who told me that my breaks were fine and had plenty of life. It sad because if I had allowed them to scare me they would have literally stole money from me and I’m sure no work would have been completed as there’s nothing wrong with my vehicle. Great Customer Service Tremayne Richardson was the first to approach me on a Saturday afternoon and he should get a lot of credit for my eventual purchase of a 2016 Jeep Wra Tremayne Richardson was the first to approach me on a Saturday afternoon and he should get a lot of credit for my eventual purchase of a 2016 Jeep Wrangler. Tremayne had just started working for the dealership, so after a few minutes of discussing the vehicle he handed my potential business off to Zagit "Z" Rodriguez, who is more experienced in car sales. "Z" did a fantastic job of answering all of my questions, taking me for a test drive, introducing me to his manager, Bob Williams, and then, to my surprise, he even allowed me to keep the Wrangler for the remainder of the weekend to make sure I liked it. Overall the car-buying process was as easy I have ever dealt with thanks to the staff at Anderson Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram. More
