Always great service when I go there. I've purchased 3 vehicles from Shawn Hamilton since I have been old enough to drive! 2 of those vehicles were not at the lot the day I went, but Shaw I've purchased 3 vehicles from Shawn Hamilton since I have been old enough to drive! 2 of those vehicles were not at the lot the day I went, but Shawn made sure he got them there within days and made the experience so easy. Where do I start…this dealership was awesome with my NUMEROUS past purchases. I purchased a 23 Diesel Yukon and ordered a 23 Diesel Yukon Denali the same day. After a few months the new Denali comes in. NUMEROUS past purchases. I purchased a 23 Diesel Yukon and ordered a 23 Diesel Yukon Denali the same day. After a few months the new Denali comes in. The auction price for my trade is $74,500. They offered me $67,000. Again when I bought this one they even said you won’t loose much because the diesels are still in high demand. Well today they tried to screw me out of $7000 on my trade. My salesman was a great guy, it’s the dumba$$ managers who don’t want to give the trade values that 99% of dealers use as a guide. They didn’t even come CLOSE to a 2022 Yukon trade in even though mine is a 2023. They lost a good customer. Hope they are happy. BUYERS BEWARE!!! I will not use them in the future!! I spent a FEW HUNDRED THOUSAND dollars with them in the past. Just ask yourself if they treated me like this…they will do even worse to you!! More
