I had my food truck towed here, after speaking to a service guy SEVERAL times, and I was told to drop it off, only for the service supervisor Anthony to run out, and be extremely rude to my tow truck d service guy SEVERAL times, and I was told to drop it off, only for the service supervisor Anthony to run out, and be extremely rude to my tow truck driver. Anthony yelled at my driver, then told my tow truck driver he wasn’t dropping off my truck, and then told the driver to take my food truck to the junkyard. That was absolutely unprofessional, uncalled for, and beyond rude. I would never recommend this place to anyone else. This is NOT the way to treat customers. I am so hurt, and disgusted now. I had to pay $400 to tow it to the shop, and $400 to get it back home. $800 just wasted . More
My wife and I purchased this vehicle on 11/18/2022. Charlie Caron, our salesman, is nothing less of superior. If it wasn't for him, we would've left, he made the selection of the vehcile simple for us Charlie Caron, our salesman, is nothing less of superior. If it wasn't for him, we would've left, he made the selection of the vehcile simple for us to match our needs, now the worst experience came from dealing with their finace department. THIS REVIEW is based on our experience when finalizing the deal and has NOTHING to do with our sales consultant Charlie Caron, because if it wasn't for him, we wouldn't be dealing with Ancira. This review should not reflect on his hard work. A month and a half later we find out that our credit application was never completed correctly initially by the finance department, we worked with a person by the name of Vaugh Erik Moore who rushed us thru this entire process, because, they were "busy". Now we find out, because it wasn't done thoroughly and correctly, we are now being put in the middle of a situation. We contacted GM Financial who informed us that the vehicle's application and funding was returned to the dealership due to a discrepancy with interest rates, and at the same time the dealership covering up asking us to fill in another credit application and not being thorough with my transcation. Come to find out that there's been no funding approved for this vehicle for a whole month and now we have to re-run our credits? I don't think so, consumers should know their rights, this was the WORST experience OVERALL in purchasing a new vehicle. No transparency with the customer, No integrity and honesty with the customer, and not even being able to get a call back or an apology for this entire experience from their General Manager, Darrell Dixon is even more frustrating. The salesman, was great, Charlie Caron, was super helplful, but other than him, the experience was completely ruined by the finance department. More
We were helped by Freddie Cuevas who did a great job at selling us a beautiful Tahoe. He is friendly and not a pushy salesperson. Highly recommend him. selling us a beautiful Tahoe. He is friendly and not a pushy salesperson. Highly recommend him. More

Awful. Brand new truck broke down 8 miles from Ancira. Got the typical add-on BS, as well. Had to take an Uber home and got no offer of a loaner car, then they tried to give me a replacement that was scratched. The managers clearly do not give a rat’s behind about customer service and I would NEVER recommend this place. I should’ve gone to Freedom or any other chevy dealership. While Sam Was definitely nice, the rest of that place is a flat-out embarrassment. The entire staff is incompetent and I would be very alarmed if I was the owner - just look at at all the recent Yelp reviews, they are not painting a false picture. I can not adequately describe how much of a nightmare this experience was. More
I kept noticing their great pricing online but they are far from my residence since I live near Austin so I kept trying to find a comparable deal online. I started at Nash in San Marcos. Went through the p far from my residence since I live near Austin so I kept trying to find a comparable deal online. I started at Nash in San Marcos. Went through the process of purchasing a new vehicle and they were more expensive by $3000. They said there is no way Ancira can get you the price they are quoting. It must be a scam. I called into Ancira and got Sam as a sales person. Nice guy doing what he has been taught I suppose. He explained their is the online price with tt&l plus on star fee which can be taken off and a free key program that cost $399 that can also be taken off with managerial approval. Said I would need to pay for tint and bedliner which made perfect since to me. Said these are all the fees. But unfortunately they did not tell the truth. They present all these fees plus: $300 for door trim, $1495 for Ancira paint repair if there are any future paint issues, a $399 windshield fee an additional fees which I cannot remember. I said Sam. I told you I will be driving from the Austin area and do not want to waste my time and show up to see additional fees like delivery fee etc. he said not there are no additional fees. I guess this sales approach works because people do not read the fine print. Buyer beware this dealership presents one thing online and then face to face increases the price. This is a poor way to do business. More
