We were absolutely treated like royalty. They gave us a great price, went back to the drawing board several times on the trade-in and the "extras" and the entire deal - from the moment we hopped in for the great price, went back to the drawing board several times on the trade-in and the "extras" and the entire deal - from the moment we hopped in for the test drive, until we signed the last paper, took less than three hours. The staff was nice - very nice. The salesman was personable, likeable, and not at all stereo-typical. The trade-in rep had a fabulous personality and was transparently honest about the trade in process. We even got a personal sit down with the dealership's GM, who was a total gem. It's not often that you walk away from making a big purchase like a vehicle wanting to give back something to the dealership. We were so thrilled with our experience. I will absolutely recommend this dealership to my family, friends, and total strangers. More
