Quick Service and Professional Staff I recently moved to TX and took my 2013 Nissan Rogue to Ancira for routine service. I have never been to Ancira, but chose it mainly for location and I recently moved to TX and took my 2013 Nissan Rogue to Ancira for routine service. I have never been to Ancira, but chose it mainly for location and because I prefer to get my vehicle serviced directly with the dealer. I was not disappointed with the results! I was able to make my appointment online which I found very convenient. The service staff seemed competent and was pleasant. I had planned on dropping my vehicle off and taking the shuttle to work, but by the time the shuttle had returned from its last trip, the service Rep had already discussed the results of my service with me. I decided to wait for the car which in total took 60-90 minutes to be completed. The Rep did not try to up-sell me on unnecessary repairs or services and I was even able to get my state required inspection while I was there. All in all, I was wholly satisfied with my experience! The cost was not prohibitive and as expected for dealer service and the process was relatively quick and seamless. The waiting room was also comfortable and provided the typical amenities like wifi and free water/snacks. I would recommend Ancira to anyone looking to service their Nissan in San Antonio! And will likely go to them when it's time to get a new vehicle, as well. My only request would be to add a complementary car wash with the service. My previous dealer offered this at no cost for most service visits. While it was just an outside cleaning, it was a nice perk that made an impression on me. More

Some of the 20,000 service recommendations were already done at Ed Hicks Nissan Service Department in Corpus Christi, TX. Since those services and/or repairs had been already done, including a brake actuator recall, I was not recharged for services already done in May 2017.
