Displeased with the finance sell Salesman good. But the financing (which always entails an up sell) was very frustrating. I was flying in to buy a car for a family member. Everyone Salesman good. But the financing (which always entails an up sell) was very frustrating. I was flying in to buy a car for a family member. Everyone knew I was in a tight timeline. Financing processing took too long. However what really frustrated me was the up sell on extended warranty, which I bought in to. However the presentation led me to believe a certain amount and I ended up getting screwed over for a ridiculous amount on a $15k vehicle. Presentation on the paperwork was difficult to discern, but what I thought would be a $2,140 warranty deal turned into over $4k. Shame on me because I was in a rush to make a flight, but the finance manager dragged the entire paperwork situation out beyond an acceptable amount of time and I didn’t just say no and walk out. So it’s on me but definitely walked away thinking I got taken advantage of. Buyer beware of the extended warranty deal and have the details of the deal very explicit and with this dealership before they process any paperwork. More
