Service Took the car in for an oil change and to check the back up camera not working properly arrived at 3:37 PM and was there until 630 and after service w Took the car in for an oil change and to check the back up camera not working properly arrived at 3:37 PM and was there until 630 and after service was done the only thing that was done to my car was an oil change I felt that this was an acceptable because another couple arrived way after I did it and they got an oil change within the hour and went home that meant that my car just sat there because the camera was never checked . your waiting room is uncomfortable with sun shining straight in your eyes and the TV is so high and it’s muted that you can barely see it and it’s also cater to men it was on sports and all the magazines that are available are on sports and cars one of your girls said that it had to be neutral there was nothing neutral about your waiting room the TVs on sports and not even the magazines are catered to females. And after I sat there for over two hours all your staff that passed by Never once said hello or asked how was I doing. Now I have to make another appointment to take my car in again to have a checked out for the back up camera . Your waiting room needs to be more comfortable it needs to have a TV that is at I level and it needs to be where you can hear it and watch TV like you used to before . More

Problem not resolved Although service center personnel were prompt and courteous, my radio panel short was not corrected, even after installing a new radio. There continues to be a short in the radio panel system, which shuts off and on the radio, clock, and Bluetooth. My car isn't a year yet, and I won't recommend a Nissan. More

Great service I sent my Sentra there by tow truck after it’s tie rod came apart luckily away from traffic. They did quickly take it in and repaired or replaced all parts. More
