Poor Service I received a link to provide this review but they wanted me to sign into facebook to post. I do not have a facebook account and don't intend to get one to post reviews. After waiting and having to call to find out if a part was available or not I made and went to an appointment. Upon arrival I was told it would take quite some time to replace the stereo in my truck. I waited less than an hour and was told my vehicle was ready, again first time Otis bothered to speak with me. I'm not sure if the stereo was actually replaced based on the short time frame and the continuing problem with the bluetooth connection it was suppose to correct. I've only had two problems with my truck, the problem is neither have been fixed. Neither stop me from using my truck and I will probably just live with them versus trying once again to set aside a day for a service that has an excellent chance of not correcting the problem. Ancira receives two stars simply because their waiting room is comfortable. More
