I was nervous and wary concerning warranty, paying and not knowing the extent of the car issue, but Miguel (I think that is his name, so please check before giving credit)was professional, humble and cour not knowing the extent of the car issue, but Miguel (I think that is his name, so please check before giving credit)was professional, humble and courteous guiding me through the process and although I did have to come out of pocket it was not as tragic as I thought it would be. On another note:before I came to the point of getting the car looked I was sort of juggled around with phone tags such as being directed to the wrong departments and then to be told that I should take my car to a toyota dealership because they were not equipped to handle car repairs. I summarize that there may be communication problems within the dealership, some bias as well. More
