I was pleasantly surprised when it took 40 minutes for an oil change. I was originally advised that it would take 90 minutes. The people were friendly and the environment was clean. oil change. The staff thrre isvery friendly however, I was disappointed, again. I went in for a oil change. And as usual - the 25 (I think) inspection. For some reason, upon inspection, everything checked out disappointed, again. I went in for a oil change. And as usual - the 25 (I think) inspection. For some reason, upon inspection, everything checked out ok, which is not true. My passenger rear light is out due to water inside. Only the indicator light works. This was never brought to my attention. I knew of this issue, prior to bringing my car in. I expected the service tech to inform of the issue and we could possibly resolve the issue while there. The young lady that informed me of my car being as everything checking out "great" did not mention the items that needed to be changed- the in cabin filter and another filter. I mentioned to her about the light and she said they just do a overall glance. I proceeded to ask her why was I bringing it to her attention if my car was "looked over"? She dismissed my question and proceeded to tell me the estimate of getting the whole assembly replaced. At this point, I was frustrated because I bring my car here because they are supposed to be the experts on Nissans. I could bring my car to Midas or Mieneke but I choose to go to the Nissan dealer. This is the second time I have brought my car here and each time, I have been disappointed. On the inspection report, there is a section that states whether the tail lights work and that was checked off as being "ok", which is not true. Again, none of the lights work, only the indicator light. Nissan should not advertise this courtesy inspection if its not going to be done properly/thoroughly. More

Fast and courteous service! Scheduling was fast and easy! The dealership main room is clean and condiments are great too! Not happy. Came in for (prepaid through service plan) oil change around 7:30. Told 9:00 ready. Many people coming in later than me waited on and leaving. I went twice to see what happened to my car. Ev oil change around 7:30. Told 9:00 ready. Many people coming in later than me waited on and leaving. I went twice to see what happened to my car. Eventually got it (no vacuum) around 9:50. Original eta okay but not other people ahead of me. Hope not because prepaid or because I’m an older woman. More
