Purchased car new from Ancira Nissan May 2018. Made appt 2-1/2 weeks ahead. Dropped car off at 9am after 1hr drive from Fredericksburg. Service took longer than originally told..advisor called at 5:15 pm. I called twice for updates. Told the advisor NOT to change tire pressure and I asked for car wash. Wash was not done and tire pressure had been changed. I have had less than stellar service in the past from Ancira Nissan, especially trying to get tech assist help on Saturdays (failed ft sensor and keyfob malfunction). Store GM emailed me in past to call him. I did and found him out of town. Didn't leave another message. Only had 'yes/no' choice on rating service center. 'Average' would have been my choice. More

A phone message saying that my car was ready was received at 1pm. When I arrived at 1:45, I saw my car under the canopy, was told it wasn’t ready, was taken to the inside waiting area and told to sit. For he at 1pm.
