I tried to avoid writing this but the dealership kept insisting that I do so here we go: I was not happy with this trip for service. When I pulled into the bay it took 22 minutes for anybody to come help insisting that I do so here we go: I was not happy with this trip for service. When I pulled into the bay it took 22 minutes for anybody to come help me. Numerous people said we will be right there but it took 22 minutes for me to check in for service. To me, that is unacceptable. I might feel differently if I had been informed perhaps that we are shorthanded today due to COVID-19 and I tried to be understanding for that reason but I never received any explanation as to why there was such a tremendous delay. Had a defect with the radio face in the dashboard of my 2020 Nissan Titan. It took about 4 to 5 days with no response after taking the vehicle in to the Ancira Nissan service department before we emailed 2020 Nissan Titan. It took about 4 to 5 days with no response after taking the vehicle in to the Ancira Nissan service department before we emailed the service gu y. He responded that they would replace the radio face free of charge. We took the truck in and left it there to be fixed. By the afternoon we picked up the truck and the problem was fixed. I would give them five stars but they keep texting me for a review that’s why I am writing this. Annoying after 4 requests for a review.... More
I recant my previous review. We've been told a third time, from yet another certified mechanic, that the shocks and struts are shot on the used Chevy tahoe we bought from Sameer. We told him before we time, from yet another certified mechanic, that the shocks and struts are shot on the used Chevy tahoe we bought from Sameer. We told him before we even bought it we felt there was something wrong. He denied it saying it was the mud tires. We should have followed our gut and walked off the lot. We did but Sameer talked us into coming back. Big mistake. Now, with less than the 500 miles we've put on it, we've got yo put another 1000$ or more into it. Shame on you Sameer. Shame on us!! More
