Not seeing any damage, I pull the shield out from under the Murano, and we continued driving. Being from out of town, I needed to select a Nissan Dealer to assist me. Looking online at several dealers, I selected ANCIRA Nissan based on; Saturday hours, location and customer feedback. I was very pleased with the assistance from ANCIRA's Service Consultant, Bryan Gonzalez. Bryan was very pleasant and understanding of my situation. He immediately took the Murano to get a repair estimate, and would get back to me with an estimate. I proceeded to the customer waiting area, located in the main showroom, which was very comfortable and full of activities. In little more than an hour, Bryan found me, “asked if I was ready to go”? The repair was done, compliments of Ancyra... NO CHARGE. Needless to say I was very impressed with my overall experience from ANCIRA Nissan. My experience was not that pleasant. I took my vehicle in for 3 issues it was having.. first I was offered a shuttle and not a rental knowing they’d be keeping my car over night. I asked for a rental, and they gave me one that was absolutely disgusting and dirty. Full of dog hair, crumbs, dust, etc. i mean, who wants to drive in someone else’s grime while their brand new vehicle is in service?? Especially during a pandemic.. I’m appalled that it wasn’t even vacuumed or slightly cleaned before I was given the keys. That wasn’t even the bad part though… at the end of the day I get a call from service telling me they found a hair tie and a coin under my seat which was causing the clunking noise I was hearing. That was the most ridiculous thing I’ve ever heard. I may not know much about cars but that’s not even believable. Then they tell me I need to replace my air filter.. which is fine but the vehicle is only a year old with 10k miles. I wasn’t expecting that, and surprisingly that’s the only thing they could find wrong with it.. was the thing I have to pay for.. and the issues that would have been covered by warranty ironically couldn’t be found. I was also lied to and told that my vehicle was driven multiple times and no one could figure out where the sound from my dashboard was coming from. I checked my LOJACK app and saw my car had only been driven once.. and just around the block from the dealership. So they clearly lied to me and that really aggravated me so I emailed the GM about my issue because I felt very frustrated and like no one was listening to me. He forwarded my email to the service manager who called me and got more info about what was wrong. I told him In detail, and he asked if he could keep it one more day to figure out the issue. The next day he called me and told me they found that a pillar needed to be replaced which holds the front windshield in. They got that fixed. And when I arrived to pick my car up, he had taken off the cost for the air filter. I appreciate not being charged for the filter, but I am still very disappointed and really don’t want to come back to ancira for service. I just don’t feel appreciated as a customer and I feel like they think I am stupid and don’t know what I am talking about which is very insulting. I was never even apologized to for being lied to. Oh and they left dirty finger prints all on the inside of the fabric lined area of the pillar piece they replaced which also made me angry. More
The team at Ancira Nissan exceeded my expectations. This was my first time buying a Nissan and even visiting a dealership. Much credit goes to our sales consultant, Mr. Joshua Medina. He went above and beyond in getting us the exact vehicle my wife wanted and the optional accessories installed after we completed the sale. He did not pressure us in any way and was extremely patient in dealing with us. He was very responsive to emails, phone calls and text messages. To top everything off, he took the time to deliver the vehicle to our home and called the following day to reassure us we could call him with any questions. We cannot thank him enough. More

Demetria, my assigned tech, came over as soon as she was done with her previous customer and reviewed my service appointment. She made sure I was pleased with the service and walked me through the entire process. I was throughly pleased with the atmosphere, service and competence of the staff. Keep up the great work. More
