The last tech was an order taker and just addressed the problem and never advised me an oil change was needed. Maybe because my bill was very high due to a new transmission needed and didn’t want to rate me a higher bill with oil change. That was the difference in service. My car carries my most precious passengers my kids. Guys like Mike who take the extra step in customer care shows me he cares about the service he provides to his clients.
