Did not appreciate the bait and switch tactics! This is my 5th purchase from Ancira Nissan and possibly my last. The vehicle was advertised at $17,877. Accessories that I did not ask for were slipped into my 5th purchase from Ancira Nissan and possibly my last. The vehicle was advertised at $17,877. Accessories that I did not ask for were slipped into the purchase agreement and glossed over making the sales price almost $20,000! When I asked about the “accessories “ I was told that they were included and could not be taken out of the vehicle. I was told that the price would be reduced to “at cost” since I was a valued customer. The next day while my car was being serviced, I was told they were installing one of the “included” accessories. I did restate that I did not want to purchase any additional accessories and was directed back to sales. Luckily, they were able to remove that particular accessory and adjust the price. I really don’t appreciate being lied to when purchasing a vehicle! I am a repeat customer and am happy with Nissan cars! Next time, I may go to Gunn no haggle pricing to avoid this type of behavior. Lou was pleasant to work with but this really leaves a bad taste in my mouth! More
