Came in to have my battery checked. Purchased 2018 from Ancira. Was advised I needed a battery and one clamp needed replacement as acid was eating into it. Went back to my oil change and inspection 3 mon Ancira. Was advised I needed a battery and one clamp needed replacement as acid was eating into it. Went back to my oil change and inspection 3 months ago and the battery,terminal & cables were check as needing attention. Was not advised a wait time for repairs. Estimate was given that I needed a new battery and deductible was around $62 and $35 to replace terminal. Two hours later, I was advised it would be another hour. Requested my car to set up another time. Was then told it would be 20 minutes-was about 30 minutes. I watched the mechanic on the screen in waiting room. Did not replace clamp but blew out acid. When I got ready to pay my bill, deductible was shown $91 and was advised a mistake was made, The charge for clamp was not there but a charge for corrosion application was for around $24. Previously, work has been acceptable. Guess bad day for all. More

I highly recommend Ancira Nissan. I brought my car to get it inspected and to take care of a safety recall. Scheduling the appointment was easy.
